The great news is that the Trust has been chosen as one of three Community Group finalists. To win we need to get as many votes as possible to enable to Trust to send out 10 Bumblebee Hives to schools throughout the country. The children can then study the bumblebees and learn to understand the importance of their roll in pollination of food crops and their place in our ecosystem. The schools will also receive a Cannon camera to take photos of bumblebees that will then be loaded onto the Bumblebee Trust website www.nzbct.org.nz... for everyone to see.

We need your votes!!

NO RESPECT.

A resident (who by the way he sounded probably hasn't been a NZer for that long ) telling a pilot who sounded like a NZer who was checking in to the hotel to go back where he came from. How dare that man speak to the pilot who is risking his own health to bring NZers and others back into our Country. The pilot to his credit remained calm and polite. These front line people do not need more stress added to their day than they already have. Someone should be telling that man he needs to apologies to that pilot, I was appalled because that behaviour is definately not the "New Zealand" way.
