Electrician

Elly from Welcome Bay

Hi Everyone, we have a small round fountain in our pond which runs off power and it has stopped working. Does anyone know of an electrician who could have a look at it for us as we need it to circulate the water for the fish. Thanks!

United Cinema Bayfair. The screening of locally made documentary Taking Back our Beach will be shown to raise much needed funds for Western Bay Wildlife and ARRC charities who both worked during the RENA disaster to look after the coastal wildlife. Tickets are only $20 and there will be raffles available on the night. A Q&A session will follow the movie sharing stories of wildlife rescues following the disaster. Both of these charities work all year long looking after the wildlife along Mount and Papamoa beaches so it would be great to raise lots of money to support them. See the link below for tickets or message me directly and I will be able to help you.

Whose looking to buy in your area?
Our experience shows us that there are two distinct types of buyers in today’s #propertymarket.

Dedicated property hunters

These #potentialpurchasers are actively looking to buy in your area and are always on the lookout for available properties.

They will often be in close competition with similar purchasers in their demographic.

Spontaneous property buyers

These potential purchasers are not actively looking, however, when the right property grabs their attention they are suddenly interested.

There are other types of buyers that are potential buyers of your home.

To find out what type of buyer could be interested in your home and why, have a chat with me on 0274 951 536. My advice is given freely and without obligation.
