Hello friends, colleagues, and family.
I've known too many of my friends, colleagues, and family that have been diagnosed with cancer of some form. But nothing is more heartbreaking than having someone very close going through this. Many of you will not know this until now that my mum was diagnosed with breast cancer late last year.

I felt so helpless and wanted to do something to support her. All I could do was to just be there for her, to listen to her difficult times and to do anything practical to make things easier. She has been undergoing treatment, has just completed her radiotherapy and is doing well so far.

She started to lose her beautiful long hair during chemotherapy and as you could imagine this was upsetting for mum and so she decided to have all her hair shaved off. It was then that I decided to shave my hair off too, but when and how?

So I created a page on everydayhero doyourthing-wbp.everydayhero.com... and set a small goal which I hope to reach within the month and to completely shave my hair off on Friday 15th June 2018. You can see the event here www.neighbourly.co.nz...

This is where you can support me to support my mum and many others to give to the Cancer Society Charity by generously donating whatever you feel is right from your heart.

Thank you for your support, my friends, my colleagues, and my family.
Frostie
