MAXIMALISM - Prints and patterns become more daring, referencing a maximalist aesthetic with a ‘more is more’ approach.
FLORA AND FAUNA - Ever present; dense, lush tropical designs continue to flourish, wild blooms are a key floral story and monkey motifs remain prevalent, depicted in jungle landscapes whether on bold contrasting backgrounds or camouflaged within simple illustrative repeats.
JAPANESE - A new wave of Asian influence will come in anticipation for the up and coming Tokyo Olympics. Prepare for a fresh take on Japan’s rich and sophisticated decorative history. Prints will replicate traditional screen printing, hand painted motifs and dying techniques, bringing ancient Asian craft into the modern day.
GRAPHIC - Surface patterns will be represented through mid-century and Art Deco geometrics.
SUBTLETY - Subtle patterns are created via matte finishes, quilting and embossing, providing texture and tactility, particularly suiting “of the moment” curvaceous furniture frames. Printing techniques are used to create “barely there” pattern, like water ripples and reflection inspired by natural landscapes creating a serene minimalist aesthetic Adding to this concept is the use of embroidery and metallic yarn embellishments to add subtle texture and glamour.
PAST TENSE - Patterns from archival collections with rich heritage will been reworked in a modern way. Using bold contemporary scale and the latest weaving techniques, traditional pattern will be given a modern twist.

As we all know, what makes a neighbourhood great isn’t the houses and cars, gardens and streets - it’s the people who share their presence and aroha with each other.
A wonderful way to take part is to participate in Neighbours Day Aotearoa which takes place from 27 March - 5 April. This year’s theme is ‘Small Things Make a Big Difference’ - we couldn’t agree more!

If you’re travelling from the city towards Bellevue along Ngatai Road you’ll need to detour at the Otumoetai roundabout. People travelling in the opposite direction along Ngatai Road towards the city won’t be affected.

The books are:
THE REMNANT - So many fulfilled prophecies are being recycled by Bible prophecy teachers and claimed to be about the end of the world. Knowing what’s already fulfilled will guide you in knowing who to trust regarding Bible prophecy. My e-book about fulfilled prophecy, challenges many theories, including Zionistic efforts to return Jews to Israel, third temple theology, a 7 year Great Tribulation period, British-Israelitism, a desolate Earth during the millennium, and earthquakes, famines, wars etc being concrete signs of the Second Coming. This is a challenging read and will appeal to those wanting to take a serious look at Bible prophecy.

FAITH-LIFT - You Don't Have to See Miracles to Believe
Tragically, a whole generation is being led to believe this life is all there is.
If you favour knowledge over ignorance, or perhaps are confused or can’t understand why people from all sections of society, including world leaders and scientists, devote themselves wholeheartedly to Christ, this will be enlightening and perhaps faith-building.
If there's the slightest stirring within you for God, or admiration for Christ, or a desire for eternal happiness, but you need more faith, just read on. This is a journey through much of the reasoning that strengthens my faith and the faith of many. Just continue your search for truth, and this book will pleasantly surprise you.
Reader's comment
This is bold, clear, and authentic. You have not shied away from the tough truth that the modern secular world finds so difficult. ... [Y]ou have listened to your heart and speak to other hearts. ... There is great need for a 'Faith Lift'. You have been straight and honest. You are dealing with material that maybe only those with ears to hear can hear.

This book answers these questions and concerns in an easy to understand way while counting down some of the most remarkable fulfillments by Jesus Christ of the strangest prophecies ever.

MADE FOR MAN - Enjoying Your Sabbath Blessings
"I keep the Ten Commandments. I don't kill, steal or hurt anyone. I'm a good person," you say.
Think again!
Saturday, the seventh day Sabbath, is the central holy day of the Bible. It was established at Creation and codified in the Ten Commandments. Sunday, however, has become the most important holy day of Christianity since the second century. The issue of Saturday versus Sunday Sabbath has been hotly debated for centuries. It's also the case that many Christians no longer regard either day to be uniquely holy, seeing all time as sacred. Here, a case for the traditional Sabbath of the Ten Commandments is presented with respect shown toward differing views in light of the complexity of the issue.
Regardless of the stance taken in this debate, what shines through is our physical and spiritual need to enjoy the blessings of God's Sabbath rest. Sabbath rest is a dear friend amidst our hectic lifestyles in a world nearing spiritual bankruptcy.

STRENGTHENED TO SERVE - Essays of Encouragement and Exhortation
The Bible provides good news of eternal life through Christ for all humankind and much to draw us toward the Lord Jesus Christ.
Jesus, however, also calls all who believe in Him to a holy life of love, obedience, sacrifice and service. Such a road is never easy. It presents many a challenge. Even the most holy men of the Bible struggled and sinned. Often times we also become weak, weary or discouraged.
The great news is the good news does not stop with the gospel of salvation through Christ. Christ did not save us and then leave us alone whilst He slept or went on a long journey. Through the Holy Spirit, He walks with us, talks with us and jealously guards His people as a bridegroom does his bride. He did not leave us comfortless, but sent us the Holy Spirit to guide us and to empower us for holiness and the inspiring work of the Great Commission.
My prayer is this book will comfort, encourage and strengthen you to serve. Be of good cheer. The Lion of the Tribe of Judah has overcome the world and is mightily with all those who continue to trust in Him.
