Google "Change your bin size Tauranga" to find the form on the council website. Your order has to be in before the 31st of May and your new bins should arrive before the 1st of July.
Also, on the website you can make a complaint about damaged bins or missed collections. In my book, missed collections includes bins not emptied properly. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the collection service I suggest that you use the "Additional comments" section of the website to make your feelings known.
We are still open 7 days a week, including Auckland Anniversary and Waitangi Day, until the end of the school holidays. What better way to experience the great outdoors than from the tree tops.
