House sitter available
I am currently house sitting for a friend so thought I would see if anyone else could use my services as I don't currently have a fixed abode. I am available through late October, November, January and February (at this stage I have a tentative place penciled in for Dec but that may change).
I am in my late 30's so you don't need to worry about me having parties in your home, I am house trained, I love animals and will abide by your house rules as fair as your pets are concerned. Currently I have my 10yr old every second week and would like to continue with this so hopefully that isn't a deal breaker for you. Poll: Do you think banning gang patches is reasonable?
With the government cracking down on gangs, it is now illegal for gang members to display their insignia in public places whether through clothing or their property.
This means arrests can be made if these patches are worn in places like restaurants, shops, on public transport or ferries, and on airplanes. Arrests were made recently at a funeral.

Pick up in Rangiora. However, for a $80 purchase, I'm happy to deliver within 30 minutes of Rangiora for an extra $10.
