The "feebate" scheme wouldn't cost the taxpayer anything, instead using money gained by putting a fee on imported high-emissions cars in order to make imported hybrids, electric cars, and other efficient vehicles cheaper with a subsidy.

Rubbish bin vs rubbish bag

Does anyone know if our council rubbish bags (black single use with handles) are now or will be band with this new law change?

Also bloody green bin didn’t empty had light garden waste asparagus stalks etc not the best start probably have to cut down to match stick sizes next time.
