Roads under consideration at Western Rd SH5 to Brake Rd, Tarawera Rd, Okareka Loop Rd, Vaughan Rd, Hamurana Rd and Paradise Valley Rd.

Shelter: tents, tarpolines. etc.
Food: Can food, flour, rice, noodles, sugars. crackers, etc

Equipment: chainsaws, generators, nails/screws, hammers. Etc.
Donations can be drop off to 5/4 Thomas Crescent (in the middle of the shopping center). Monday to Friday between 5pm-8pm, Saturday and Sunday between 10am-8pm.

Children can struggle with the impact of having a loved one with cancer.
A mixture of therapy and fun, this free workshop aims to provide children with tools and resources to build resilience and coping skills around the impact of cancer on them and their family/whΔnau.
Held in Rotorua on 7 April, the workshop will be facilitated by Debbie Mills-Henry, a family therapist and play specialist, alongside Penny Parsons, a Cancer Society liaison nurse with a background in paediatric nursing.

HPV-related cancers take a long time to develop. The viruses are mostly transmitted in adolescence but often arenβt diagnosed until later.Β Thatβs why itβs important for children to be immunisedΒ when theyβre young.
Around 80% of people will be exposed to HPV in their lifetime. Immunisation can significantly reduce HPV-related harm. Protecting all children before theyβre exposed to HPV will protect their health in the future.
