University of Waikato boss referred to new medical school as a 'present' for future National government". [www.rnz.co.nz...

Mr Quigley and the National Party are playing very loose with taxpayers' money and political neutrality of universities, and probably with the Reserve Bank, considering he is the Chair of our incredibly powerful but 'politically neutral' [ho ho ho] central bank.

He's probably sucking in more than $500,000 from taxpayers' pockets as double dip salaries. Makes me wonder how many other taxpayer funded trough feeders there are. Is this allowed / ethical/ legal?
It's probably not regarded as corruption by the State Services Commissioner and TEAC but if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck it does make me wonder. Just asking.
