When massaging particularly on the back beside the vertebrae you often hear a click, the muscles around the joint are relaxing which with the pressure of massage can cause a cracking sound as though the joint is going back into place.....So while not really putting the joints back into place it simply just feels good.
Massage therapists are not trained to crack or click joints but this sometimes happens while pressure is applied along side the vertebrae or while traction is applied.

Hi, we urgently require a Shower Dome to be fitted on a shower for us by Friday. Is there anyone who is able to do this at our place in Mapua please? It’s not straightforward due to the shape of the shower. Thanks.

I can put a spade in a metre around the base a week before the dig-up and pick up to help the rose adjust better to the move.
