Each of the five beautifully appointed suites has been subtly themed, providing individual charm as well as comfort. In the heart of the lodge is a spacious, recently renovated farmhouse kitchen enjoying garden and orchard views. A large woodburner with wetback heats the water for a series of radiators around the house, ensuring year-round warmth.
Organically managed, the four-hectare property provides the ability to live from the land with honey, fruit trees, berry patches, vegetable gardens, olives and grazing for sheep, cattle and horses. The small Chardonnay vineyard with a careful selection of clones produces a succulent house wine thoroughly enjoyed by guests from all around the world.
A range of useful ancillary sheds and buildings offers space for projects, hobbies, storage and accommodation for staff. Other facilities on the property include a petanque court, croquet lawn and small gymnasium overlooking the swimming pool.
This extraordinarily diverse and unique lifestyle is ideally located on State Highway One, less than a five-minute drive from central Blenheim and 15 minutes from numerous winery cellar doors, restaurants and the airport.

My name is Sonja and I am looking for a piece of land to lease for my tiny house on wheels. I will be living in and working from the tiny house - so having good cellphone coverage (i.e. 4G Wireless for Internet access) is essential.
I need to be able to connect to power and water and I have a composting toilet. I will need an area for recycling compost. I would also love a little garden and/or vege patch.
The tiny house is 2.5m x 7.3m (9m including the drawbar). The piece of land needs to be reasonably flat with access to a vehicle with long trailer.
I am quiet and considerate but also like socialising. In my spare time I play table tennis, do waka ama, boot camp and love the outdoors.
My tiny house will arrive from the North Island (where it is currently being build) on 2nd October so I am looking to move on to the land that day.
Please let me know if you know or hear of a place that would be suitable for my tiny house and myself.
You can contact me on 021 176 3741 or sonja.adamek@yahoo.com.
I have been renting a tiny house on wheels for the last year and am happy to provide references from the land owners.
Cheers,
Sonja

Hi there
My name is Natalie. I am looking for a home for myself and my two children aged 12 and 8. I am 36, a full time student half way through a four year degree. I have no pets. I dont smoke. I live a quiet life and I have excellent references. I have no baggage, nothing to hide, I really am just an honest good human trying to find a nice home to live in with my children. I am looking for a 3 bedroom home in motueka that is not going to cost me more than half of my income 😔. I understand that market rates are what they are, but I simply cannot afford to pay anymore than $450 p/w. My situation is not urgent, I have a roof over my head, but I am looking for a more suitable home as my current house... well it is not great. I have been living here coming up a year but took the house on as my options were extremely limited. I am really after a long term place that I can make home. A home I can be proud to live in.
Please, if you can help then get in touch.
Thank you 🙂
