Hello, my name is Annie Cox

I’m delighted to be part of Village Kids, with Kirstie Van Houtte and the team of other great educators who believe that it takes a Village to raise a child. I am currently studying towards my certificate for Early Childhood Education Level 4.

I live in a fun filled and exciting home in Stoke, where there are wonderful opportunities for walks close by to the estuary, playgrounds to play at and a great cycle way where kids can ride their bikes and scooters very safely.

I am passionate about Early Childhood Education and I offer Home based Education where children can grow in an environment where they can discover new things, make friendships and feel supported as they become independent in new skills .

I have a calm and professional manner and offer young people the opportunity to be themselves as they develop through play, music, outdoor activities, play group outings, books, puzzles, toys, singing and interaction with others, in their growing years .

I provide a home away from home environment and I would love to meet you and your family, give me a call or Txt

I would be delighted to show you around as ‘you consider our place, to be your place’

Here's a wee bit of a throwback to life under lockdown. Check out how this couple in Motueka helped out their neighbours who were new to the area. Have you got an unsung hero in your neighbourhood? You can make your nominations here!

"We have a lovely young couple across the road from us at number 13, Glenaven Drive, called Kirsty and Jeremy. We have recently moved to Motueka and they have been very helpful and friendly right from the start. During Lockdown they did shopping for us and let us have soil from their excavations for our garden improvements. Later on, they have given us lemons, gave spare concrete when they had some delivered for themselves and watered our plants when we were able to go away and visit our new grandchild. They are gems and have made us really happy that we've chosen Motueka as our home."
