I asked if the spray is harmful to our dogs and was told it is harmful for 2-3 hours 🙁 Please avoid this area this morning if you are walking your dogs. I am really angry that there is no signage left out warning us. One of the two employees I spoke with told me they are a dog owner, is only doing their job and to phone the council 🙁 (The white sign in the picture was being carried rather than left on the footpath).
Update...spoke to Nelmac who were really helpful and expressed surprise that there was no signage. They assured me they will be investigating immediately.

Median sale price has reduced with a higher volume of sales in the lower end of the market. The spring property surge is about to hit but will bank restrictions on lenders slow this down?? Time will tell… but supply v’s demand is still the strongest factor.

I have 4 large clumps of these rushes I am replacing, Juncus is the Genus I believe. They grew well under my house eaves where nw facing and very dry although I think they would suit and look better with less brown stems in less dry conditions. Very hardy and drought proof.
