I am looking for suggestions for clothing repairs/alterations. I have a favourite hoody that is not zipping up properly (think the whole thing will have to be replaced). I have tried the looksmart in the mall but they quoted quite a bit so just having a look around for other options. Thank you!!

Porirua City Council wants to hear your thoughts on how dogs should be managed in Porirua.
Whether you have a dog or not - your feedback is welcomed on changes proposed in a review of the City’s Dog Control Policy and Bylaw.
Should dogs be allowed to run on beaches for longer each year?
Should we create some new exercise areas where dogs can run off leash?
Should we neuter breeds of dogs deemed menacing?
And while you are giving feedback, the Council also wants your views on whether Porirua needs a fenced dog park?
Share your thoughts until 14 July online through the Council’s website at pcc.govt.nz...
You’ll also find the consultation documents at city libraries, our main administration building in Cobham Court and the Dog Control Centre on Prosser St.
