1. Set up a Halloween Group for your street! Plan your Halloween evening with your neighbours to see what time everyone is taking the kids out. You could even co-ordinate matching costumes!
2. Download one of our SPOOKY Neighbourly Halloween posters to stick on your house or letterbox for if:
- You welcome all trick or treaters
- You want trick or treaters to stay away
3. Stay in areas of your neighbourhood that are familiar and are well lit. And although Halloween is supposed to be spooky, be careful not to frighten your elderly neighbours by popping out of the dark!
Stay safe and have fun!

Do you think it's time Porirua City Council banned smoking in the CBD?

The truck is remote controlled and useless without the controller and battery pack still here. My son is gutted. He's owned it for 4 years.

Hi I am making a Star Wars Rebel Pilot helmet for my grandson to wear in the Tawa Community Xmas Parade , If you have a really old style helmet in any condition I would be really grateful.

Tawa has been hit by a cluster of car and house burglaries lately.
Do you have any tips for residents to help keep their property safe?
**Please put NFP with your comment if you don't want your advice printed in a Kapi-Mana newspaper*
