It wasn't long before I dropped into a deep lucid-dreaming state. (This is when you're having a dream but you remain awake and aware. )
It was profound.
I meditate most days but I still struggle with getting into 'flow'.
Last January I went to this fun event with Melissa Billington. She runs Ancient Shamanic Drumming Journeys in Auckland.
Sharing with the other participants. I found most, if not all had similar stories.
I loved the journey, which is why I invited Melissa to share it with our community here in Porirua.
This event is open to everyone. It will be a relaxed & fun evening.
And great, if you want to deepen your meditations. This unique experience will stay with you forever.

Round wooden table. 120cm diameter. A few scuffs and dents but generally still very good.
Executive office chair. Comfy. Has occasional issues staying upright but is mostly fine.
