Navy Cadets is for boys and girls from ages 13-18 at Primary or College level. It provides training for teenagers in leadership, self discipline, teamwork and self reliance.

The local Navy Cadets (previously called Sea Cadets) are based in Ngati Toa Domain in Mana and meet on a Tuesday evening from 6.45 to 9.15pm.

Contact details are (04) 233 8146 or ts.taupo@cadetforces.org.nz (the name of the Porirua-based Navy Cadets is TS Taupo and covers the area from Johnsonville to Paraparaumu). Uniforms are supplied free of charge.
