Are you, or someone you know of considering sub-dividing your section? My sister is on the hunt for a section anywhere between the Wellington south coast and Otaki that she can buy and build a tiny home on (so doesn't need to be overly large!). Rural or suburban, ideally somewhere close to services but she will look at off-grid options if needed. Very flexible! Just needs to have half-decent access for building and not be a total cliff-face!
Thank you in advance, would love to hear from you :)
