Looks like our friends in Renwick will be walking distance from next year's Wine and Food Festival! The event will be held at the Renwick Domain in February, for the first time in its 33-year history.

Interestingly the Sale Price above Rateable Value percentage increase almost 3%, still indicating a sellers’ market. The spring property surge is about to hit but will bank restrictions on lenders slow this down?? Time will tell… but supply v’s demand is still the strongest factor.
