Kapiti Cycling Club's coaches will run a practical and fun training session to help you start your bike training with:
1. Starting, stopping, slowing, turning
2. One-handed skills - for signalling, drinking from bottles, etc.
3. Road riding safety - what you can do to keep yourself (and others) safe on the road
All levels welcome, there is always something you can learn!
Depending on numbers we will split into groups based on experience.
Bring your bike, shoes, helmets and a jacket. Meet at the Waterfront carpark at 6pm. $5 per participant.
Due to this wet weather, I am offering Yoga tomorrow Tuesday at 5.30pm at Waikanae park instead of today.
Bring a mat or towel friends and sunshine!
