We will be completing this repair tonight between 11pm-3am, this will involve water being shut off. Water is expected to be back on at 3am, however if there are any delays we will notify Wellington City Council who will share this information on their social channels.
Noise will be minimal, and affected businesses/residents have been informed.
Full traffic flow will be maintained through the intersection, with existing traffic management in place due to the closed shoulder on the Northern Western corner of the Dixon/Willis Street intersection.

This sweet black boy was living in a car park of an auto repair shop for about 6 months before coming into our care. Jetty is a friendly, mellow boy who loves the company of people.
He is fine with other cats, but a bit nervous around dogs,he would likely be okay with an older and very mellow dog. He prefers to spend time indoors and would love a home where he is not expected to go outside all day, but yet can join you in the garden if desired.
As with all of our adoptable cats, he is looking for home that can commit to keeping him inside at night.
The Adoption fee is $150 which covers De-sexing, first and second vaccine, microchip (with NZCAR Registry) and flea+ worm treatment. We will also include a welcome home pack (with vouchers, food and more) and 4 weeks free pet insurance.
The Forgotten Felines Foundation is a non-profit organisation (Charity) whose primary mission is to help people within the community of Kapiti Coast with the stray and abandoned cats and kittens.

My partner Braden and I are on the hunt to purchase our first home in Kapiti. We thought we would try our luck at something a little different by posting on here.
Our budget is sitting around the 500k mark and we have our loan pre-approval from the bank.
We're looking for a 2 - 3 bedroom home with a garage or decent size shed (essential for the future home Brewery). We both love the outdoors so an outdoor living area is important for us too.
Please contact us if you are considering putting your home on the market in the next few months or know of a home that might suit.
Thank you in advance!

On Saturday November 30, collectors will cover Paekākāriki, Raumati, Paraparaumu, Waikanae and Otaki. Food collected in Ōtaki will be used there.
The group have run the appeal for the past 22 years and last year $50,300 worth of goods was collected.
People are asked to leave food outside their gates from 9.30am,
Coordinator Lion Sue Leen said this year's collection this year will be different from previous appeals because plastic bags are no longer used.
"In the past we distributed yellow plastic bags, with information on them of the date and time of the collection plus a list of the kinds of stuff most needed. But plastic bags are no longer allowed and we are asking donors to utilise their own containers. We have distributing 16,000 yellow fliers into letter boxes throughout the region with the requisite information."
Pasta, tinned and packaged foods, breakfast cereals and products that can be stored, as well as fresh vegetables, fruit, dairy products and other perishable products for immediate distribution.
Toiletries and laundry items are very welcomes as are small Christmas gifts such as steam puddings.
The collection will go ahead regardless of weather and finish soon after midday.
Leen suggested goods be placed outside gates where they can be easily seen and, for security reasons, it's best not to put them out much before 9am.
Food may also be dropped off at the Kāpiti Community Foodbank, in Kāpiti Road Paraparaumu between 9 am and midday weekdays.

Work is progressing well in Hargreaves Street, as we pour the concrete floor and walls in the chamber, and finish off the pipe installation. We are on track to open up the bottom of Hargreaves Street by the end of the month in preparation for the Wallace Street road closure happening from December 8.
We’ve taken a few photos from around the current work site, as well as inside the chamber at Hargreaves Street so you can see what it looks like under the surface.
