Previously when Kapiti WAS mentioned, the angle on the map was so skewed it was impossible to read the temperatures. All in all, we get very poor service from one news in Kapiti. I dont bother to watch any more and go to metservice on my phone, much more informative.

There are many positives to upgrading, but for me the biggest difference is new LED downlights are air tight, instead of the old ones that have to have an air gap and a gap of insulation because they make so much heat. Resulting in multiple spots in a ceiling for the heat (or cool) from inside your home to escape greatly reducing your homes insulation. (See the photos below).

All the three pieces have recliners - the three seater has one each end - the two seater has two but the left one is not working. other that the suite is in good used condition (it i s about 9 years old) and is comfortable.
Pick up is Otaki beach but delivery locally is possible.
