Brick Antics based on the Kapiti Coast can recreate this experience for awesome birthday parties for children aged 5-12 anywhere in the greater Wellington area (or lower North Island by arrangement). A trained, experienced educator and enthusiastic LEGO fan, the host will keep the birthday child and attending guests (young and old!) thoroughly entertained through building challenges and games specifically designed for the various age groups and interests. All bookings include prizes and a gift for the birthday child as well as setup and clean-up in your home/ venue of your choice. Originally starting quietly in 2019 they are looking to “build” up their party bookings in 2020 as well as begin work on other exciting ideas based around the famous Danish invention.

There will also be something for the kids with stalls selling children's amusements and novelties, face painting, children's books, clothes, and crocheted animals/dolls/fruit/veg. For those small people who love all things on wheels, we are hoping to have a fire engine, although this is still to be confirmed. And don't forget there is a lovely little playground in Mahara Place.
Dean Ward will be entertaining the crowds as he has done many times before, and there will be a guest appearance by Kapiti Kidz Vocals at 11.30.
Most of the local businesses will be open which includes cafes, take aways, and the local butcher who will be cooking up a storm with his ever popular spit roast.
It'll be a blast so come along and check us out!!

At the October 17 election, New Zealanders will have the opportunity to choose their regional spokesperson.
Through the Mixed Member Proportional (MMP) voting system, those enrolled can vote for the party they want as well as a local representative.
Why does my MP matter?
The person elected will be the voice for your region in Parliament. If you're having trouble getting entitlements or dealing with Government departments, they can help. If your community needs funding for certain projects or activities, or there isn't enough healthcare in the area, the elected MP can step in and help.
To be elected, the candidate needs to secure the most votes.
