I need to ask people in this group to let me know the price they are paying for the following; 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom, 4 bedroom and if there are any rentals of more bedrooms. If you don’t feel comfortable commenting please message me. Other facts I would like to present are how long it took you to find a rental, had you been homeless, are still homeless or have recently become homeless. Does the rental have a property manager and do you know if it is the Property Manager or the owner who raises the rent? Often the Property Manager will say that the owner has asked for the increase but often the Property Manager puts it to the owner that they can get a higher rental as that is the going rate for rentals. By doing this the Property Manager can collect a higher rate for managing the property. Any other problems or issues would be good to present as well. I will only be giving the issues and no names will be mentioned. Please feel free to private message me with any other issues you may have
