Zen E Kitchen won for its great range of Chinese dishes cooked in healthy ways, like steaming and grilling, with lots of vegetables, mainly whole & unprocessed ingredients. Our judges thought it was great to see healthier traditional Chinese cultural foods and ways of cooking being featured and celebrated.
FRESH made a wonderful effort to embrace the spirit of the healthier menu challenge, loading up their poke bowls with lots of vegetables and nutritious protein, offered combos with water or healthier drinks; & provided clear nutritional info and made sure water was the cheapest drink available.

If you're heading to the festival, please look out for ambulances and give them right of way; help keep the entrances to the hospitals clear for patients, whānau, visitors and staff; and stay out of the hospital grounds and carparks unless you are visiting the hospitals.
