I thought it might be useful to run a series of posts that explain a bit more about My Health myself (MHm for short) and self-management education in general. If you have any questions feel free to ask them here and I will do my best to give you an answer within the space of a post. I am aiming to do twenty posts, one each day, leading up to our first courses starting on the 12 February.
