He didnt steal anything but he then ran off down Pascal street and I think he turned down Chelwood street.
Male maori in his 40s wearing a black hoodie with green writing on it, black pants, socks and slip on jandals. He wasnt aggressive but his eyes were really red. We've reported this to the police but I wanted to let everyone know.
