Palmerston North Airport Fly Palmy is sponsoring the opening night movie, Vai. It follows the journey of empowerment through culture over the lifetime of one woman, Vai. Vai was shot in Pacific Islands and New Zealand and is the word for water in Pacific countries. The character is played by a different indigenous actress in each of the countries.
