Why do people insist on bagging up their dog poo when they intend on dropping it off on the walkway? Out for a stroll along the new bridge & walkway & there it is, dog poo in a green plastic bag. So lazy! If I see you drop your poo bag I will retrieve it for you and give it back to you.

Plans for bringing back family restaurant staple Cobb & Co to Palmerston North have fallen over. Do you think the old school family-style restaurant still has a place in contemporary Kiwi culture, or has it been squeezed out by fast food and cafe-style dining?

Under contract law, parking companies can only claim for "the actual and reasonable costs they incurred". Charging $65 for a short overstay in an empty carpark is as far from reasonable as you can get.
