Fortunately, the NPDC can provide free straps that will prevent rubblish from coming out but not, however, prevent the truck from emptying the bins. (Unfortunately there is no solution to stop glass from blowing out of the glass recycling bins.) Please pass on this information and help reduce the plastic problem!
