DON’T BE A ROTTEN APPLE 🍏

Wendy from My Wellness Niche

Take a fresh apple and cut it in half, it starts to go brown until it rots.

Take a whole Apple and leave in out in the environment - it starts to rot.

Expose us to the elements of every day living AND WE TOO SUFFER FROM OXIDATIVE STRESS....

Oxidative Stress is the cellular damage caused by an imbalance of free radicals and antioxidants in the body. We all have it!
BUT left unchecked, it accelerates the ageing process, and can cause inflammation, illness and disease.

When we reduce Oxidative Stress we then can function at a higher level and improve wellness. Being able to make our own Antioxidants is the key to helping our body deal with Free Radicals and Oxidative Stress overload.

Poll: Do you think banning gang patches is reasonable?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

With the government cracking down on gangs, it is now illegal for gang members to display their insignia in public places whether through clothing or their property.

This means arrests can be made if these patches are worn in places like restaurants, shops, on public transport or ferries, and on airplanes. Arrests were made recently at a funeral.

Do you think this ban is reasonable?

Poll: Should all neighbours have to contribute to improvements?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

An Auckland court has ruled a woman doesn’t have to contribute towards the cost of fixing a driveway she shares with 10 neighbours.

When thinking about fences, driveways or tree felling, for example, do you think all neighbours should have to pay if the improvements directly benefit them?
