How to stop recycling and landfill bins from spilling contents on windy days.
Hi, I've been frustrated by recycling bins blowing over and sending a tsunami of plastic down the street. Fortunately, the NPDC can provide free straps that will prevent rubblish from coming out but not, however, prevent the truck from emptying the bins. (Unfortunately there is no solution to stop glass from blowing out of the glass recycling bins.) Please pass on this information and help reduce the plastic problem!

Poll: Do you think banning gang patches is reasonable?
With the government cracking down on gangs, it is now illegal for gang members to display their insignia in public places whether through clothing or their property.
This means arrests can be made if these patches are worn in places like restaurants, shops, on public transport or ferries, and on airplanes. Arrests were made recently at a funeral.
