Question 1 : is it only for families? NO, we added the 'family ride' in the title to indicate that it is not a race and we are going at a sedate pace. Purpose is to have a bit of fun on our fantastic Walkway and enjoy the Dutch treats at the start. Everyone is welcome. Question 2 : Do we have to decorate our bikes? NO, although we like it if people turn up with a decorated bike you don't have to at all. There is a free bike decoration stall open between 9am and 10am for the young or young-at-heart to get some decorations on the bikes. Question 3 : I would love to come but I do not have a bicycle pump at home. Can you fix that? Already done as we have our wonderful, local, Bike Kitchen present at the start area with free (basic) maintenance service, including tyre pumps and quick fixes of gears etc. They also have got a range of goodies to give away like orange bells, puncture repair kits and some kiddies flags (yes, orange!) for on the bikes; they can install the bells and flags there and then. Look forward to seeing you there. Even when you can not cycle, the coffee with Dutch cookies are open to all (all profits of the coffee stand go to Ukrainian Aid). The weather is cooperating, so come along! Robert

Kiwi fruits tend to carry very high antioxidant levels and serotonin levels. These antioxidants appear to have a good influence on sleep, according to a growing number of studies based around this. High levels of serotonin may also be significant, since serotonin helps to initiate sleep and then sustain sleep throughout the night. It also helps to regulate the phases of sleep and stimulates alertness in the morning. Test it out to set yourself for a perfect night in slumber, but things surely do appear to be going well for the small fruit.

Here are some tips and suggestions involving light exercises to help you achieve a better night's sleep.
Walking
A good walk outside might be the solution to your sleep deprivation. Walking at any pace is a nice method to unwind after a long day. The combined advantages of exercise and exposure to nature enhance restfulness.
Flexibility training
Aches and pain may cause problems on a good night's sleep. If your body hurts and you can't sleep, consider including yoga exercises into your night regimen. Stretching at night can mobilise any stiff joints and relax any stiff muscles. Using a latex mattress might also be beneficial depending on one's comfort.
Strength training
Some believe that undertaking intensive activities at night, such as weightlifting, affects sleep, yet studies show otherwise. Keep in mind that you don't have to go overboard during a nighttime strength training workout. If you're worried about having difficulties sleeping, do a shorter or less intensive strength training exercise before bed.
