These are for women of any age who are New Zealand citizens or permanent residents living in the Top of the South Island (Nelson, Tasman, Marlborough) and facing financial hardship in commencing, continuing or completing any form of tertiary study or apprenticeship.
Full time and part-time students may apply for financial support to enrol in a course of academic study or practical learning that will improve their employment prospects or help achieve a change to better their professional, business or trades career.

Opened it up and it was just not 'fresh' (as the label claimed) it was off. Rang the store to suggest they take it off the shelf to be offered a refund (which at $2 I could not be bothered with) and a strong reply they would not be taking it off the shelf. Accepting it might just be my one bottle but noting they had simply dozens on the shelf I suggested Bridget, the manager I was talking to, just go down and try one random bottle and if it was crook like my bottle then remove them all. Bridget was adamant she would not and told me she was too busy to deal with my complaint and hung up. If you want fresh cream this season BEWARE COUNTDOWN CREAM.
