Hosted by the Nelson Tasman Climate Forum, the event will take place on Saturday 17th September from 10am - 12.30pm in the Māpua community hall. We’ll have a variety of service providers on hand to talk you through the steps to achieving and the benefits of living more sustainably
There will be representatives from the Waimea Inlet Restoration and the Nelson Tasman Climate Forum to tell you about the valuable work they do and volunteering opportunities.

Tāne’s Ark members will be showing their artworks and the tree planting work of the school’s environment group.
TAMAHA Iron Duke Sea Scouts will have a stall selling native tree and tomato seedlings.

September is World Alzheimer's Month and we are getting together to raise awareness around what is means to live with this disease, and the daily struggles people are faced with. We deal daily with people affected by dementia, so we are combining forces to raise funds for Alzheimer's Society Nelson with a skydive marking Alzheimer's Awareness month.
So far the diving squad consists of Tracey from Nelson West, Harry from Nelson East, and Rhys who floats between both franchises, along with our business guru John Hopkins.
