Taking a bag of empty containers when she goes shopping has become second nature for Kat Willcocks. The Nelson woman uses her own containers to buy groceries from Bin Inn and for takeaways from her local Indian restaurant. It's the next step from reusable coffee cups, and the practice is being encouraged in a "Bring Your Own Container" campaign from the Nelson Environment Centre. Read more

I also wipe the hard drives removing all evidence of any previous owner and reinstall operating systems such as Windows.
