The traffic lights are being installed to service a new retirement complex presently under construction & for residents living on Princess Drive. You have expressed doubts as to whether the volume of traffic from this area requires traffic lights or would a roundabout be more suitable. You have also suggested a third option of traffic merging left when travelling to the city & traffic (off the hill) turning right into Beatson Road when travelling to Stoke.

I have been well loved but sadly it is time for me to find a caring new home. I have it on good authority that I am the BEST chair for new mums. Breastfeeding is a breeze with me. I am not new and have a couple of imperfection but I have aged well. I have a slight pulled thread and could do with a good clean as I have been in storage for the past 9 months. I look forward to meeting the right person for me. Will you be my new owner?

My son had it for about 10 years for his panel beating business in Auckland but he has sold the business and has no use for it for domestic purposes. It cost him over $7,000 but has a lot of use left in it. I have tested it and it goes well although the black ink may need replacing soon. Cartridge costs about $120 but does about 5,000 copies. Can collect in Richmond.
