Gardening Tips to stay cool

Marcia from The Wood

I've managed to stay cool while working in others gardens by
following the shade when able
Gardening really early in the day or later after 5
Wearing a wet neck scarf
And by a tip a client gave me of plunging my wide brimmed hat into cold water - makes you feel much cooler
Happy gardening
