Sheepdog trials herd up the wet, woolly Romneys, rain, hail or shine.

They're the community that kept on during Covid. When 'working from home' was out of character for many, it was the norm for Kiwi farmers. During sheep trials held on a wet day in Nelson Lakes, the dogs showed off what they do best when it comes to work - and the women "stuck it to the men" in the competition.

Poll: Do you think banning gang patches is reasonable?

With the government cracking down on gangs, it is now illegal for gang members to display their insignia in public places whether through clothing or their property.

This means arrests can be made if these patches are worn in places like restaurants, shops, on public transport or ferries, and on airplanes. Arrests were made recently at a funeral.
