Our problem with selling cream is that we would have to split our creamy raw milk into two components: 'Cream' and the watery mess called 'Trim Milk'...
(Did you know that trim milk was considered industrial waste not that long ago and that it only appeared at a palatable drink choice when dairy manufacturers realised that you could make a whole lot of more money when you didn't just market the good stuff (cream) but also its by-product (trim milk).
While cream/trim-milk separation is a very profitable exercise for the producer, it's really just a loss for anyone wanting real goodness - raw, creamy, tasty milk. And since we 'Riverside Milk people' really cannot stand trim milk, you are unlikely to see us ever selling cream.
Shame about the profits really (and for those of you hoping to buy cream from our vending machine) but - oh well - staying true to one's own beliefs and taste buds is sometimes more important than all the money in the world.
