She did not stop. The cyclist has hurt his back, his bike is damaged as well as his cellphone. There were quite a few people around so hopefully somebody managed to get her licence plate number. Her car will be damaged. The incident has been reported to Nelson Police. Very lucky that the cyclist was not killed or much more injured. Please do the decent thing driver and go to the police. You have committed an offence. I fail to see how you would not have known that you hit somebody on a bike. Imagine if it was one of your family that this happened to
