Each class is 3 hours long and consists of a nutrition talk (meal planning, reading and understanding food labels, stretching your budget, etc) Followed by a demonstration by your tutor and then you will cook the same recipe. We sit down to eat together and after cleaning up, depart for home.

This is also an opportunity to get to know more people and after the classes we may meet up in a local cafe. Please see details in the flyer.

Please note these classes are aimed at people who lack motivation to cook for themselves and need more confidence and skills in the kitchen. Sorry, it is NOT for people looking for more ideas for their cooking repetoire. The course includes fairly basic recipes from a 50 page recipe booklet that you will take home.
