The truck didn’t stop I’m not sure if he knew he done it or not. I really want to thank the young man on his scooter who stoped and stayed with me while I sat in the middle of the road trying to breath life back in to my baby. I hope you see this message and know you were appreciated. Also the other people who came out of their homes to offer help. I am completely shattered and heartbroken atm but I just wanted to say thankyou

The council could face legal challenges if it put public infrastructure on a site at risk from sea level rise and river flooding, and chose not to protect people's assets across the rest of the city, they say. Should council hold off on the decision until community engagement on how to adapt to flood risks citywide is completed, and the Climate Change Adaptation Act is passed?
