So to cut a long story short please feel free to come and see a demo of Tai Chi and give it a go maybe at the same time. I'm told it's very therapeutic!
We will also be giving away some vouchers to try a class of your choice for free, doesn't get better than that.
So we'll be at the hall of St Luke's this Friday the 2nd (rear of the church, 24 Te Mata road) from 9.30 onwards with the presentation starting at 10.
