Love her or hate her, Jacinda Ardern had the best idea ever, going into government with a strong, "Things we want to achieve in our first 100 days" policy. An American goals coach, Gary Ryan Blair, is currently promoting a "100 Days Challenge" to help people get their year off to a supercharged start.
I've written down 32 things I want to achieve in the first 100 days of 2018 - and already have crossed off two of them! So give it a go - write down your list of what you want to achieve before April 10th, read it over every day or two - and see what happens in your year. I challenge you!
