Although, without stopping every vehicle to prove their legitimate reason for travel, it does raise the question in my mind that with the food markets and pharmacies shut today where were they all going?
Please note those wishing to get onto an argument re the rights and wrongs this is just an observation of mine you don't have to prove to me why you were out and about in your vehicle.

With numerous gigs, concerts and festivals postponed or cancelled as a result of the level 4 response, we want you to dance the lockdown away with the new Neighbourly Spotify Playlist! Make your suggestions in the comments below - recommend anything you like on there, as well as tunes you think your Neighbours will enjoy. Chuck in some taste-breakers, one-hit wonders or some good old Kiwi classics - it really doesn’t matter. So if you’re running out of ideas on things to do, why not a dance party?
Just remember: keep it PG, refrain from putting any songs in the mix that may cause offence to your Neighbours. You can find the playlist here.

Although there's been no new reported cases of Covid-19 in Hawke's Bay, more referrals for testing by health professionals were needed, the Hawke's Bay District Health board says.
A big THANK YOU to the volunteers, organised by Age Concern etc, who do the shopping for those of us who, because of age, illness or injury, can not, or have been advised not to, do their own shopping. Your efforts are much appreciated in this difficult time.
