REFRESHINGLY DIFFERENT 3 BEDROOM HOUSE FOR SALE IN TARADALE
PRICE REDUCED TO OFFERS OVER $479,000 - MOTIVATED VENDORS WANT IT SOLD
Light spacious low maintenance home with a refreshingly different design. Built in the 1990s, it sits on its own compact freehold section.
Inside the property is a refreshingly different layout. The front porch area allows access directly into the lounge and the front bedroom through ranch sliders or into the property’s foyer through the main door.
The lounge is light and spacious having recently been redecorated in neutral colours with new curtains. The current owners have turned this huge space into a dining / lounge combined and it is fitted with a heat pump for warmth in the winter and keeping cool in the summer.
Originally a two-bedroom, two-bathroom property the owners have converted the dining area into a third large bedroom with a built-in dressing table. They have checked with the council that this can be done without requiring consent or legally changing the plans. (written correspondence with NCC available on request).
The remaining two bedrooms have been recently redecorated. The main bedroom has a heat pump and ensuite. The second bedroom has a shower and toilet with both a door leading directly to the bedroom and one to the foyer.
There is a separate kitchen and separate laundry room leading to an Internal access garage.
The garden has been set up with amazing use of the outdoor space with established fruit trees: orange, lemon and lime. A young apple and plum tree. Soft fruits galore—raspberry, strawberry and blackberry plus a small vegetable plot.
All this is located within walking distance to Taradale village, Dobel Reserve, all levels of schooling, kindergarten, kids play area, rose gardens, the Taradale library and Hastings and Taradale bus stops.
There are huge possibilities with this property – The layout of the home opens the way for a business from home situation as customers can enter and leave without accessing the main living areas.

Poll: Do you think banning gang patches is reasonable?
With the government cracking down on gangs, it is now illegal for gang members to display their insignia in public places whether through clothing or their property.
This means arrests can be made if these patches are worn in places like restaurants, shops, on public transport or ferries, and on airplanes. Arrests were made recently at a funeral.
