3. FiSBO - Thinking of selling privately? Engage our new service for private sellers. Get all the help of an agent for a low fixed service fee, do the fun stuff your self, we do the boring things. Nationally sales are down 26.2% year on year September the lowest in 6 years
Time to sell is now at 28 days for Hawkes Bay
National decrease of 54% in the number of property sold by Auction.
Just 14.9% of sales are now by Auction.
9.5% decrease in listings nationally (excluding Auckland)
