On 4th June NCC councillors will decide whether or not to work with Christchurch and find out how they are able to deliver healthy, safe drinking water with NO CHLORINE added. NCC deliberations start @10.15am - chlorine-free water is due to be discussed "late morning" according to council staff. Napier War Memorial Centre, Marine Parade.
