To be able to vote at the AGM you need to have your membership and payment to us by midnight Friday 17th July.
To nominate or be nominated for the committee you will need to be a financial member and have the nomination forms in by midnight Friday 17th July.
Unpaid members and visitors are welcome to attend the AGM but will not be able to vote.
Please be aware that to vote you must be present at the AGM. Details of whom has been nominated will be uploaded to this website and our Facebook Page as they come in.
We look forward to seeing you there and hopefully receiving lots of new nominations for committee!

Meanwhile at Cobblestones there's a family fun day on with games and activities to join in. Martin Bosley's Yellow Brick Road Oyster Saloon pops up outside Pinnochio on Friday and Saturday evenings from 5pm and there's a whole new light projection show to see on the colonial buildings as soon as it's dark. It's really putting a sparkle into this winter. Come and see it!
