The school holidays are approaching quickly, here are some fun family ideas with you! The Junior Rangers is just one of the many amazing activities on offer this school holidays - ask the i-SITE teams for more info!!

Pūkaha Junior Rangers is a school holiday program with a conservation focus. It's a chance for 5-14-year-olds to experience hands-on learning in Pūkaha's nature reserve. Junior Rangers get up close to wildlife and get to feed the tuna (long-finned eels). They also learn about the ngahere (forest) and how the captive breeding programme at Pūkaha is helping to protect and restore Aotearoa's precious native species. Fun and educational.
